I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier around 8:35 PM during my recent visit. She told us to wait for 7 minutes, but we ended up waiting over 15 minutes with no updates. When I politely asked about the delay, instead of apologizing or explaining the situation, she became rude and started arguing with us. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely disrespectful. Good customer service means clear communication and treating customers with courtesy—unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management looks into this behavior and takes appropriate action.

Tasty fried chicken with crispy skin and good flavor. The side dishes are yummy too. Service is quick most of the time. A good place for a fast and filling meal.

I was there recently. I don't know if I'm going to be happy or not. I tip people if they're honest and they are service is right however the person who works around 12pm to 1pm who serves me told the price so 19.50 I gave her 20.00... she gave 5 cents change. Nowadays I need my change correct especially we don't live free we work.. we have to be honest.... by the way she didn't gave me the change right away she left then she was doing something at the back then come back......

Please give the change right away before you left the counter..... I'm furious because it's my money.. do your job correctly... I don't work that much...
Take note I have a kid too.. every cents count for us.

People who will buy make sure get your change before the workers do something else......

It doesn't means 1.00 or cents you can keep it as a tip or something... it can use for bus tix and stuffs...

Please retrain your staffs before you left the counter give the change back.

We bought food already and my kids started to eat and my daughter she's 7 years old ask for a ketchup. The man in the front cashier said to my daughter to wait in 2 minutes?? I'm a bit disappointed as mother that my daughter waited for a piece of ketchup!. That time is not too busy.
And when he saw me starting to stand up he grab a ketchup immediately? ??
And the crush soda tasted bad it tasted like more water that they get directly in the poset..

Is it just me or KFC quality and quantity has gone down compared to Church's Chicken. I ordered a combo bucket deal and they served me poutine with little gravy and a few curd cheese... Yes it looks exactly what I've described. When I voiced that I wasn't content, they poured more gravy to make my poutine look more appealing. What a joke! Management needs to take customer's review into considerations, its not too much to ask when we pay accordingly for quality service and quality food..

I was at this location (richmond mall) today Wednesday sept 11/24 .I am very disappointed, My order was not what I ordered, the popcorn chicken pieces were like little pepples,non eatable, chicken pieces were so hard ,cold ,dry and very small, it was probably made around noonish. I would never tell anyone that I work there. So bad, never going back. Shame on you KFC
