I am an avid sushi connoisseur and moonlight as a sushi chef. My wife and I travel to Japan yearly just for omakase; most recently to Fukuoka specifically for gomae Saba and live squid. The food here is absolutely delicious with authentic Japanese flavors! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff are super nice, polite, and attentive. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’ll come back to!
I had dinner with my friends at Kitcho Izakaya last Saturday, and we did have a great time over there along with a lot of sumptuous food.
