The menu was so extensive that it made me happy just trying to choose what I wanted. The crispy pork leg was so juicy inside, nicely done. Overall, had a great experience.

Comparing to filipino restaurants in the US and canada, this is by far one of the best and authentic experience of filipino flavors you could get. Food alone is enough for you to get satisfied, I have dine in here for 3 times already in 3 consecutive weeks now and we always get the “Bilao set” and the cripsy pata is top notch. Order the nilaga beef soup, always good. Service is not so great but you could always ask.I would recommend this place if your trying to find a good filipino restaurant with good food.Note that we always order just two items every time we go there, the “bilao” and “bulalo soup” or “nilaga beef soup”.Ube cake is great also.Overall decent price, good food, decent experience but thats okay you are there for the food and get full.8.9 / 10

Was here yesterday Dec. 23 around 5:00 to 5:45 pm service is bad. The server is too lazy for her job she was giving everyone that awful face whenever someone came in and not even smiling. She’s too lazy for her job. I would never go back to this place. Worse Filipino restaurant ever.

Not good customer service especially the lady with long hair. Seems not happy workingworking and dealing with customers. Very unfair in treating customers. Hopebshe will always put herself into the shoes of the customer.

I picked up an order from the Richmond restaurant yesterday. The food and service are always great! I am a regular at this location as I get food on my way to the ferry to take to my parents in Victoria. Both my mother and I were pleasantly surprised to see the names of the dishes written in beautiful calligraphy on the containers. An added touch that made my mother smile. Thank you!

TAPSILOG was mostly burnt and inedible and chewy. When we told our server she brought it to the back and said we can exchange it for Palabok. 15 min later she came back with the tapsilog trying to give it back to us saying that's how it should be. Eventually they exchanged it but charged us $8 still just because we ate the egg. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERIOUSLY YOU CAN GO SOME OTHER FILIPINO RESTAURANT IN THE AREA AND HAVE BETTER Tasting FOOD AND SERVICE.
I think they could be better, but decent food and service.

Food is mediocre. We couldn't finish our food so we have to take them home and guess what??!!! We paid $0.30 for each container. My advise, ORDER LESS OR JUST ENOUGH to finish it there.

Why were the chicken skewers and rice we ordered cold when it came to the table? I know the door says help wanted. Are you looking to hire a microwave? Also the Ube cake was so dry. The only thing good at this place is the Lumpia.
