Stopped by for a late lunch last Saturday and the butter chicken was easily one of the best versions I've had in Richmond, rich but not too heavy. The bakery counter up front is dangerous, I always end up grabbing a couple of samosas and a slice of cake on the way out even when I only came in for a meal. Absolutely loved Kumare! The food was amazing, everything we ordered was full of flavour, fresh, and really well prepared. The portions were generous and the service was excellent too. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal.
Easily one of the best Filipino restaurants we’ve been to. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Kumare to anyone looking for great Filipino food!
