“We ordered chicaron bulaklak, pork bbq, and tenga/soft tendon bbq with a side of rice. It all tasted truly like home especially the vinegar. kalasa talaga ng ihaw sa kanto.
The staff are accommodating and truly filled with Filipino warmth. The place is ok a bit dim.“

“This is our first time to order from Kuy’s, a whole pig lechon. Firstly, they were right on time as agreed for delivery and then we took the lechon an hour and a half away to an event and everybody enjoyed it immensely. I got to say that it is one of the best lechon I have ever had. Perfectly crispy skin with just right amount of fat in every bite. The meat had good fat and was juicy and well seasoned. Thank you Kuy’s, we will definitely be ordering from you again.“

“I ordered crispy kare-kare and my wife settled for seafood pasta. The serving although we ordered solo, can feed two people. I would say that I loved the crispy kare-kare and my wife was happy with her pasta. The owner and other staff are so warm and you can feel Filipino vibes as soon as you enter the restaurant (we went to Kingsway branch). Keep it up!“

“The combo is a deal, and on top of that, the food is really good. Im a Filipino home cooking kinda guy, but I was not disappointed with the Beef Caldereta, Pinapaitan, and Pinakbet. Got two Turon to go and our lunch was complete! The Kuya behind was also very nice!“

Impeccable taste. When you walk in, don’t expect fancy decor or flashy presentation—this place is all about the basics done right. Fresh tofu is made right in front of you, and it’s worth the 10–15 minute wait. Great to stroll the neighborhood while it’s being prepared. Simple, authentic, and consistently excellent. Always my go-to spot for fresh tofu!“

“This quaint little mom and pop store/restaurant makes one of the best crispy roast pork (lechon) in the area. The other dishes are decent but portions are small so cook lots of rice. Plenty of Filipino snacks and sauces are available here. Staff is friendly and although the place is a bit dark, it’s reasonably clean.“

“This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I came with friends since I’m not very familiar with Filipino food. What a great introduction! We ordered several dishes, including the crispy pata, pork sisig, kare-kare, seafood Kare Kare, pancit, BBQ chicken skewers, and taro leaves in coconut sauce. Everything we tried was well seasoned, flavorful, and delicious. Portions were very generous and perfect for sharing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the space was clean, and the ambience was casual and welcoming. Loved the experience and will definitely return!“

“The premium Ube cake is the way to go! It deserves a spot being one of the wonders of the world. It is light, fluffy, airy, and full of flavour. It’s like biting into a cloud of bliss! Also tried the Ube chiffon cake but it was mainly a buttercream tasting cake which is not as good as the premium Ube cake but still good. The cakes are well decorated and a beautiful purple color. Would buy again :)“
