I visited here for the first time in a while, but I got an awful experience. The restaurant was filled with a strange smell. I think it probably caused by the fire we use to cook. Our dinner wasn’t enjoyable at all and that smell gave us a headache. I’ve never felt that kind of smell in this restaurant before. I couldn’t taste sukiyaki due to the smell. I’m so disappointed and hope they won’t make other clients feel bad.
Recommended dishes: Sukiyaki
The candle wax they use for the pot was terrible the worst quality ever. I was tearing up and having breathing problems. Even after switching tables we experience the same thing. they really need to renovate and install a better air system! I will not be going back until they change.
The alcohol pot with poor ambient air smelled very smoky to my eyes and nose. I almost suffocated to death. It was so smoky that I couldn't enjoy the food. I used to really like to eat it, but now I can't go back because of the smoke from this pot.

Although the staffs are Japanese, the owner is Chinese, which explains why the signature sukiyaki barely resembles real sukiyaki. The flavors are off, portions are small, the meat is overpriced and not fresh, and the sides are limited and odd. The drinks are overly sweet too. Not recommended for anyone looking for authentic Japanese sukiyaki—this place is just an imitation.

Overpriced low quality. $138 for 2 people? I thought Dim Sum was a rip off until we ate here. The restaurant has no atmosphere, it is cold and lifeless. The waitresses wearing masks and mumbling was annoying as hell. Could not understand one word they muttered. The food is crap! Some mushrooms, lettuce, and razor thin meat. They actually have the nerve to charge $17 for the tiny little bowls of soya sauce and some other sauce...each about 2 oz! Never will return and I still have indigestion and anger for what I got for my money. Ripped off and still hungry.

A little quiet place which I really like. Their sauce and meat selection were so good. For an unlimited Wagyu, this is more than worth it. Staffs were really nice. They’ll keep checking you un to see if you need anything (in a good manner). Will definitely go back.

Food is good but too expensive for what they offer. A bowl of veggies that you cant choose which type you like.
No refill drink comes with it

Delicious, fun and even semi healthy because of all the veggies we had. I didn't even feel horrible after like I normally do after AYCE. Would go again. Possibly under staff for how busy they were but once you get to order using your phone by scanning the QR code the food just kept rolling in

Except for the fire that keeps going out, it's really delicious and very cost-effective (for lunch, it's more cost-effective to choose the cheapest one and add some, do some simple math)

I don't know who came up this heating method, solid alcohol fuel?Really?such a stupid idea! the sukiyaki soup didn't boil until I finished my meal. The meats was like swimming in the soup.

If I could give this a 0 I would. They do not have a local phone # but regardless we called in ahead to book a table but no answer. We showed up to the restaurant and they only had 1 table occupied but they declined to seat us on the basis that:
1) you have to reserve ahead. I then said "well can I call now and reserve a table on the spot your restaurant is empty" but the server's answer was "it doesn't work that way". At this point I called their restaurant in front of the server to show her that the no one is picking up. Surprise surprise...no one was answering.
2) the boss hasn't arrived and they are waiting for his instructions on whether they can accept customers today. When pressed for an explanation on why that's the case she said she didn't know the reason either but it may be a supply (ingredients) issue.
Terrible experience, does not value their customers and this is a bad starting point for a new business.
I am a regular customer here. Due to health reasons, I cannot drink too many sugary drinks, so I never order drinks until I am full. My daughter complained that the drink had too much ice and was too light, leaving about a fifth of the drink unbearable because it was all ice water and sinking to the bottom. I needed to take medicine and saw that it would be a pity to throw it away, so I drank it all. When the waiter was checking out, he deliberately used the card machine to pay without showing me the bill. But when I saw the bill, I was charged for drinks. I complained, and the answer was that the waiter saw me drinking too. Really speechless. Will not come again in the future.
