Everytime we go before our flight, we hope for quicker, friendlier service. But it's terrible everytime. Even when paying $25.00 per Ceasar. Make sure you order drinks,meal and bill at same time or you will miss your flight even if you allow 1.5 hours

Limited food selection and zero consideration for gluten free. Generally understaffed for volume of people, however once served the staff are excellent. Yvr needs to open another restaurant beside it so there is competition and some reason to make changes

Terrible and dark place in Vancouver airport . I had burgers with fries. Bun was dry, meat bearly eatable, stella draft bear smells bad. Service bad . Overpriced compared to quality

If you don't have allergies you'll be fine here.
The staff do their best and are friendly. However: Avoid this restaurant if you are gluten free. It's surprising in this day and age there aren't more menu options for GF people. There are salads, of course, yet a restaurant in a busy international Airport do a better job with a variety of options for allergies. I hope YVR airport management considers other bringing in other
restaurants with progressive menus get an opportunity to fill this void within the international departure area.

The place is very nice, but the food is NOT.
I ordered fish and chips 36 CAN. And a 24 CAN margarita.
I didn't like the fish at all.
The waitress served me very well and was attentive to me, but the food left a lot to be desired.
I was there for about 1.5 hours and it was always empty.

Very poor service, overhyped restaurant. The waitress Monika Y was absolutely rude and asked for a certain tip. She kept staring on the purchase terminal. The service was poor from the get go, the waitress was demanding and on not getting the tip she was expecting asked me not to dine here anymore. Absolutely rude appalling service, wanted to file a complaint with the owner but unsure of where the owner was or located. I would never ever be brining my business to such a pathetic and rude place ever travelling through Vancouver.

We ordered the Coal Harbour breakfast. The blackberries that came with it were moldy. When we pointed this out to our waitress, she said that the cook doesn't care, and nothing was done about it. We asked to speak to a manager and eventually one showed up and refunded our meal.

Buyer beware though. One should carefully check the food and condiments prior to eating to avoid possible food poisoning issues.

Stopped by for a Dinner before a long flight. Was seated right away. Server Michael was friendly and prompt. Food came quickly, portions are huge! Bacon Cheeseburger and Lift Club Sandwich are tasty!
