I visited Lu Charcoal Grill a few times and always left satisfied. The food is authentic, flavorful, and definitely brings back memories of classic Northern Chinese street food.

I especially recommend their skewers – the lamb and chicken wings were juicy and full of that real charcoal grill taste. Their breakfast menu is also a hidden gem: the jianbing (Chinese crepe), tofu pudding, and cold noodles are just like what you’d find in Beijing or Shenyang. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are fair for the quality.

The restaurant is clean and cozy, with a casual, no-frills atmosphere. It’s open from morning till late, which makes it a great option for both breakfast and late-night cravings.
