—Update 02-23-2025– Missed an Egg BLT McMuffin from my drive thru order. Worst part is you usually only find out when you get home and don’t want to drive all the way again for it. Very unhappy about that.

Ordered food and when and when called when calling them to ask to make it fresh, they would they didn’t even get the order right and when talking to the uber driver they didn’t even get the order until he waited over 20 minutes after they didn’t see it

Order was fast and accurate. Food temperature was good on the burgers and fries. Burgers and fries tasted good. Soft drinks a little weak. Lounge and tables were really clean.
Cleanliness: the young Asian girl wearing a grey sweater, and the tall Caucasian man handling the meat grill can work on their cleanliness.
Overall, this store is better than most McDonald’s stores in Vancouver. Just some fine points to pay attention to.
It’s the first McDonald’s in Canada! Comparing with the other McDonald’s branches, the food quality is pretty good and the service is great too.

Don’t buy any ice-cream from here. Very stingy on the fudge. See attached photo. I had to send back the first one because they only put fudge on one corner. Look at this disaster of a fudge Sunday 🤌🏽 Is this how it’s supposed to look or is it just me??

The most consistently well operated Mcdonald's I have been to for YEARS. The cleanliness has been improved, service/friendliness of the staff is great; more importantly, the order accuracy is VERY HIGH - either from drive-thru or in-person. Well done!!
