Neptune Wonton Noodle

Attempted to have lunch here however, the Dimsum we ordered was not fresh and had a certain spoiled stench like it’s been sitting out overnight and was just reheated. Complained to the server (lady with a short hair) and she was very very rude about it when I pointed it out. Crap food, crap service and certainly crap atmosphere. I’m surprised such rotten quality and behaviour is actually in this kind of outlet store that attracts international visitors. What an embarrassment!

Taste bad, servers rude, really not worth your buck!

There was a drink menu displayed outside, so we went in planning to order some beverages and sit down for just five minutes. But after entering, we were told that drinks don’t qualify for dine-in and there’s a minimum charge to stay inside. This rule was not posted at the entrance. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty, they still wouldn’t let us sit — which felt unnecessarily rigid and unfriendly. Had we known this in advance, we wouldn’t have gone in. It felt misleading and left a bad impression. Not recommended.

Today, an Asian woman with short, blonde hair dye asked me for a 12/15/30% tip, which felt unreasonable. I’m always happy to tip well when I receive good service, but in this case, I asked for a takeout box and she didn’t even help me with packing my food. The takeout box is also with the dust. It didn’t feel like proper service, yet she still expected a large tip. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Never go back again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND . The customer service was disappointing. The waitstaff seemed to rely on the automatic 15% gratuity, which made them less attentive and professional in their service. It felt as though they weren't fully invested in providing a positive experience.

I ate wonton noodles. The wontons were springy and the noodles were super thin and easy to eat. It's Cantonese style, and when you take a seat, a pot of hot tea is served to you.

Came in here week ago for dinner. The waiter forced us to order more item on the menu when we were perfectly fine with what we ordered. And when we said we did not want to order more the waiter got very grumpy with us. Comes time to pay the bill she insisted we give 15$ tip on a 50$ order. Ridiculous. Will never visit this place again.
