The price not that expensive but the food quality was awful . I calculated there were only 2 slices of raw beef ,2 slices of beef flank ,3 little pieces of beef tendon came with a large size order. Even the taste was not good. Absolutely stingy

This restaurant are obviously below the average , I ordered No. 15 beef noodles, a large portion with $16.05, after a few bites of rice noodles are gone, a few slices of beef were little bit fishy. The taste was below the average also came with the very average service . I wouldn’t recommend people to come to this restaurant cuz 90% pho restaurants located in great Vancouver are better than here.

Visited Pho Hoa on Alderbridge & Alexander on Monday at 9am, NO customer was in the restaurant and all other restaurants were pretty full in the complex. I knew I stepped into a bad restaurant, but I thought I will give it a try since I have seen a few of this chain name in Vancouver.*Bad choice*.Here are the list of reasons why NOT to go:a) one server only who takes order, microwave the food, janitor, phone/online order receiver.b) I cannot understand what the server is trying to say.c) Over price on pho ($16.05) and summer roll (4.75 ea).d) big bowl with very little substance, but I was charged a large (the biggest of 3 sizes).f) summer roll = salad roll was full with noodles only and 4 slices of small shrimps, but missing everything else.g) the online order machine is dinging continuously at loud volume - because he is too busy mopping the floor so it annoying while eating.h) Would not print or bring me the bill, but just told me to come up to the counter to tell me the “over-billed”amount at the cashier machine. He overcharged me on my 2 items.I) he did not know their own happy hour discount.h) looked at their own happy hour signs, but still took 3 minutes to call someone to re-verify the happy hour discount - make me feel like sh1t at the counter.k) normally charge 2.% for credit card.L) but he did not remove the 2% surcharge when I told him I am using a debit card instead.I have never written this bad of a review before!!!Many other restaurants around the area so do NOT go to this Pho Hoa.Parking: Too many restaurants in the same complex so extremely difficult to find parking.

Okay throughout my years living in Richmond. I've been to pho hoa only 4 times.1st time was very bad. Bad food, bad atmosphere, poor service.2nd time was the same. Then fast forward a number of years and Pho Hoa completely revamped because they are an international pho chain. I believe previously it was poorly handled by previous owners until new owners came and followed the corporate revamp.3rd time was phenomenal, they had a special coconut curry pho and wow. Then fast forward to 2024 and I went there again. It was late at night, and I went after work with a co worker. We were practically the only ones eating inside. But man oh man, the pho was really good! I had the pan seared garlic steak pho. Wow very garlicky, very beefy, good amount of steak. However I wish they gave me a bit more noodles. Also the noodles they used are VERY high quality compared to most places. The noodles are very white, and has the perfect chew and bite and really picks up the soup.My friend got the peanut sate and he loved it! I tried his broth and it was sooo creamy, peanutyy, and good sate flavour. Also we both got the fried roll and wow that was one of the best I've ever had. I believe they put in some minced pork, shrimp, salmon, and veggies. Great happy for the pho!And lastly, we devoured our bowls and left nothing. Drank all the soup too. It was just too good to pass!Throughly impressed by Pho Hoa!!! I definitely will be going there more now. And they are the only pho in Richmond that opens past 12am.

There’s a reason why this place is one of the lowest rated Pho spots in Richmond… the chairs are metal: cold and uncomfortable. The service is even colder. Everyone in here was wearing jackets because they don’t have the heat on. This may all be excusable if the Pho itself was half as good as other options in the area. There was so little meat in my pho and I ordered the one with the most meat options, it looked very sad. No water or tea. Save yourself the $15 and false advertising for a free drink when you sign up for their points program (got to read the fine print) and go elsewhere.

I’m glad they were open today on Christmas Day and I definitely appreciate all their hard work, but the beef pho I ordered did not have legitimate pho noodles. It seemed more like hand pulled noodles and not the usual thin and flat pho noodles. I haven’t ordered or eaten at Pho Hoa for years because there are way better pho restaurants out there. We decided to give it a try again since it’s the only pho restaurant open on Uber Eats during the holidays. If you want authentic and delicious pho - check out Hoi An or Hoang Yen. (Vancouver recommendations)If you’re looking for pho in Richmond - check out Pho 37, Pho Lan, Pho Japolo, Baogette, Pho Han, or Pho Ten!

This is my all-time favourite pho restaurant. I have tried other soup-broths but theirs is the best tasting for me. I always bring my family here at least three times in a month. They even have quality boba drinks. I also love the background music they play while dining. I think the overall ambiance would be nicer if there’s potted plants that make the place homey as they have a contemporary interior design style. The service here is always fantastic! I rate them 10 out of ten on food and service! I’ve been coming here since my younger years and now I am much older so I really appreciate how this restaurant is still here for us all to enjoy! I love that they are also open on later hours so it is really convenient when you have that craving for pho!

Came in an hour before closing, and a group of us got different combo sets. The rice dishes were quite tasty, and the portion size is decent. The pork has quite a lot compared to the chicken rice plate though. My friend who had the Pho said it was delicious.I think the best part about this place is their massive bubble teas. For very reasonable prices, especially during happy hour, the drinks at short, but extremely wide for the regular size. They have fresh fruit in their fruit teas and the milk tea was quite good as well.Parking: Low number of spaces and a tight parking place due to the number of businesses in the area.

First time I've been to this location in years. Was surprised by the renovations. Makes the restaurant feel more open and spacious. Item 52 beef brisket and rib was a surprise and a great addition to the menu. The banh mi was crispy.
