Okay throughout my years living in Richmond. I've been to pho hoa only 4 times.1st time was very bad. Bad food, bad atmosphere, poor service.2nd time was the same.Then fast forward a number of years and Pho Hoa completely revamped because they are an international pho chain. This is my all-time favourite pho restaurant. I have tried other soup-broths but theirs is the best tasting for me. I always bring my family here at least three times in a month. They even have quality boba drinks. I also love the background music they play while dining. I think the overall ambiance would be nicer if there’s potted plants that make the place homey as they have a contemporary interior design style. The service here is always fantastic! This restaurant are obviously below the average , I ordered No. 15 beef noodles, a large portion with $16.05, after a few bites of rice noodles are gone, a few slices of beef were little bit fishy. The taste was below the average also came with the very average service . I wouldn’t recommend people to come to this restaurant cuz 90% pho restaurants located in great Vancouver are better than here.
