Genius business
Without an electronic Point of Sale (POS) system printing sequential, time-stamped receipts, paper order slips can simply be thrown in the trash at the end of the night. The cash goes straight into a safe or a personal account, leaving zero paper trail for a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) auditor.

We got there around 9pm on a Tuesday. The free parking lot was full and we had to park in a paid lot across the street. There were a few empty tables and we didn't have to wait. But it got busier while we were eating, and some customers had to wait to be seated. We ordered 3 vegetarian dishes which were decent.
baked rice pretty ok. portion is huge!

Based on the reviews, Silver Tower Cafe Restaurant is a good place to grab some HK food. The food is delicious and comes out pretty quick, great for a quick bite. Portions are pretty big for the price and the food comes hot and fresh. The highlight dish was the salted fish and chicken fried rice, and every dish includes a generous amount of meat. The star of the show was the chow mein, which was crispy and went well with the oyster sauce. The lemon ice tea is super refreshing. The Baked Tomato Sauce Chicken on Rice had enough tomato sauce, and the cream soup was one of the better ones. However, some dishes are average, like the house special chowmein which didn't have as much protein. The baked pork chop rice was ok but had a bit more bone. The inside looks a bit dated. Debit or cash only.
