“I’ve been to this location before and it’s a frequent highlight of my trips down to Burnaby. I just stopped in after a rough day and they made me a very custom salad poke bowl and miso soup. They are the absolute sweetest here and I am so excited for my dinner and so excited to have been able to come back it was the first place I got lunch when I flew into Canada from the states a year ago and it’s still just as lovely.“

“I tried the Aye Bowl with the multigrain rice, the food was very good. The portion of the food was adequate for the price, and the bowl was very healthy! The salmon was fresh and there was a good amount of avocado, which I really liked. It was a bit pricey but given the flavour and the healthiness overall of the bowl made it fair. The service was fast, and the environment was relaxed an friendly.“

“Place/dining is very clean. Food is great, non greasy. Customer service on my 2nd visit was excellent. I didn't know there's an option of rice, quinoa or what not and I learned from Yvonne. She was accommodating of my preferences. It feels nice to support local businesses! I don't have photos because my family ate already before I got this survey! This food bar is worth recommending.

Vegetarian options: I have not tried the tofu/vegetarian meal but I gonna try next time.

Dietary restrictions: There are choices for a variety of sauces/dressings, grains. I believe they can customize accdg to your preference.

Parking: It's a strip mall, so there is ample parking.

Kid-friendliness: I was my 12 yr old son who wanted to go there and he liked it.

Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't notice it's accessibility.“

“Pretty solid spot for poke bowls. The ingredients feel fresh and there are plenty of mix-and-match options so you can build your bowl just the way you like it. Portions are generous and the flavors are bright and tasty without being too heavy. Service is quick and friendly, and the vibe is casual and laid back. good for a quick lunch or a chill bite with friends. Prices are fair for what you get.“

“I just had to share my excitement about this Japanese food court spot! Seriously, if you're looking for fast, quality Japanese comfort food, you need to check them out.
​Their Chicken Katsu is absolutely top tier. It's always perfectly fried to a golden crisp on the outside, and the chicken inside is consistently delicious, incredibly tender and never dry. The accompanying curry is also always on point; it has that rich, savory flavor and ideal thickness that makes every bite satisfying.
​But the real star of the show for me is the Salmon Ikura Don. It is simply to die for. The fresh salmon, glistening with the pop of ikura over perfectly seasoned rice with the wasabi mayo is a match made in heaven... it's a truly heavenly dish that tastes far superior to what you'd expect from a food court. “Very very goodI had a very bad experience at Steve's Poke.Westcoast Pokè is where I should have gone in the first place.Food had sooooo much flavor and even though it was almost closing time.*BIK* was busy preparing for next day he took the time to make my meal perfect.He did not rush my order and made my bowl as if I was the first customer of the day and it showed.I work in the area and this will be my go to spot from now on end.Thank you Westcoast Pokè for great good and service.“

“Dropped in here looking for a quick meal after landing in the city and was pleased overall with the quality of ingredients and food overall.

One thing I would note is, I believe we were charged for 'dining in'? As we were asked if we would and the bill seemed to be slightly more than expected so presume there was a surcharge for doing so, which would have been nice to be notified if that is the case but good meal overall!“

“I go to Metrotown often to eat, but this is the healthiest and most enjoyable meal I've had.
TIKI, YUZU, and KOKO are all delicious, The ingredients, including the vegetables, are very fresh and the ratio to rice is just right.

“Great new poke place in Vancouver near my work! They have a few unique protein & topping options that other places don't offer - the aburi salmon was SO GOOD, definitely get it!! The cucumber was nicely shredded although a bit mushier than I'd like. Would've liked a bit more rice or an option to add salad to my base.Prices are more reasonable than others as well, I noticed that it's getting much more expensive lately so I liked saving a few dollars for my poke fix. Will order from here again!“

“First visit to Steve’s Poké Bar – Ladner, and I’m already planning to come back!
I tried the small bowl for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were so fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and everything was prepared with care. The portion size was just right, and the bowl looked as good as it tasted.

The staff at the Ladner location were super friendly and helpful. As it was my first time, they patiently explained the options and helped me build a bowl I really enjoyed. Their welcoming attitude and great service made the experience even better.

“One of my go-to spots for a fresh, healthy, and delicious meal! Hula Poke makes it so easy to build your own poke bowl just the way you like it. I love how customizable everything is — you can pick your protein (I went with the marinated salmon), choose your base (kelp noodles are a great light option), and top it off with bold, unique sauces. I tried the Tiki sauce for a nice spicy kick — highly recommend!

They also have refreshing tropical drinks called Caladas — I tried the mango one and it tasted like summer in a cup! 🍓🥭🍍

The staff are super friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the locations are always clean and welcoming. Definitely a solid spot for lunch or a light dinner.

“I took my foreign friend out for chaat food as we had a midnight craving. It was her first time, and she loved the chaat so much, so did I! This is the closest chaat spot to home(India) for me.

We had dahi puri and samosa chaat, and both were amazing. The person who made it, her name was Nandini, and I complimented her skills because they're chef's kiss.
