A long time ago, we had Hainanese chicken rice in Vancouver, and it was so good that we always wanted to come back for it.

It's been several years since we last ate at Prata-Man Singaporean Cuisine. No wait for a weekend dinner. Tea cups are brought to the table and refilled. Debit or cash only.
Shared a regular Hainanese chicken ($21.00 half), laksa ($16.00), fried rice noodle ($15.00) and roti with curry sauce ($7.50). Chicken is still solid. Singaporean vermicelli hit the spot. Laksa was okay, broth lacked depth. Roti was standard.
