The food is absolute garbage. I would never recommend anything that wasn’t fully cooked to be eaten there. Staff is very indifferent atmosphere is very gloom. Well I will never ever ever ever ever come back and strongly recommended to go to some other place to eat at the outlet instead of this (I cannot even call it )restaurant.

Got the Chicken bento box. It came with 4 small California rolls, tempura which included 2 prawn tempura), chicken teriyaki, and a salad and miso soup.
The chicken portion was small and was quite dry and didn't have enough teriyaki sauce. The dressing for the salad had no ginger and tasted like rice vinegar with a dash of sesame oil. The tempura was bland. The miso soup wasn't bad, the california rolls fresh and tasty and was the best tasting part of the box, but the 4 pieces were very small. Paper cups were used for the water. We sat outside on the patio which was nice, but the planes were loud. I'd recommend sitting inside if that would bother you. The service was friendly, but I expected more for $22

delicious food & cozy place😍

Staff was rude and unprofessional during our visit. On top of that, they added a mandatory 18% service charge, which wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. Disappointing experience overall — wouldn’t return.

Incredible food and flawless service! The sushi was fresh, the ramen was rich and flavorful, and the atmosphere was calm and authentic. Easily one of the best Japanese dining experiences I've had—highly recommended!

Worst sushi I’ve ever had.
Looks like it’s been prepared by a four year old.
At least it’s expensive…

Food was alright. But my father in law was sick (puke and diarrhea) the whole evening and night after their duck ramen. The prices are not cheap and not super worth it. The waiter at the end forced us to pay the tip. I felt bad and did end up leaving the tip. Should’ve gone anywhere else but this place.

This place genuinely needs to close down or get checked.

Taste is bad. Servers are Chinese not Japanese not sure if that makes a difference to the authenticity of it to people. Service was good because there was hardly any people inside.
The soup and the flavour of the noodles were really disappointing. I never waste food but I didn’t finish this.

If I can rate this place a 0, I WILL. Servers are extremely rude giving us attitude! Also felt like we’re obligated to give a TIP???? Imagine we’re not paying yet but already saying “thank you for the tip” LOL UNBELIEVABLE! NOT

Unfortunately this is the worst ramen I've had in this city. Watery, unflavourful broth with odd flavour combinations like honey smoked duck (tastes like ham) in tonkotsu broth. Not to mention, these are some of the highest prices I've seen in the city. We were quite disappointed.

Fantastic Japanese Cuisine!

Ryuu is a gem! The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, and the ramen had a rich, perfectly balanced broth. The tempura was crispy and light—absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for an authentic Japanese dining experience!

I absolutely loved the curry udon here! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice to warm you up without overpowering the dish.
