Delicious gelato with some unique flavors. Waffle cones are delicate and with a hint of cinnamon, very nice. The espresso gelato is very nicely strong, and the charcuterie gelato is really good if you like goat cheese!

Honestly, the best gelato I’ve ever had in my life was at this small, cute place I randomly discovered today. I had never heard of it or seen it before, and I went purely by chance.

I really, really appreciate when a café or dessert spot turns a simple day off into something special. A lovely experience can truly make my day unlike when you visit a place with overhyped reviews and end up disappointed.

What a gem in Steveston! I stopped by Sweet Surrender Gelato and left completely impressed. While their gelato is fantastic, I have to give a special shoutout to their chocolate chip pecan cookie and crème brûlée.

The cookie was perfectly baked — crispy edges with a chewy center, loaded with rich chocolate chips and toasty pecans. It's the kind of cookie that makes you close your eyes and savor every bite.

And the crème brûlée?...
