Soft Peaks Ice Cream

The ice cream tastes like nothing. The blackcomb coffee on top was watered down and barely provided any flavour.

This place is actually terrible!!! girl took everyone’s order decline myself and my sisters order! she is a racist did all the Asian peoples orders but wouldn’t take two natives women’s order 10 mins prior to closing while store was still open! It’s Friday night why isn’t their more then one employee working!!! I come to this outlet mall all the time I will take my business elsewhere I will take my business to ice cream truck then deal with her again!! when asked to get have the owners phone number Or email she replied I cannot give you their information I then asked for when they will be in the establishment she could not provide that info either….this Is ridiculous customer service!! I will be continuing to call the store to get in touch with the owners so ridiculous do better and get better employees! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Employee was listening to something on her AirPods the entire time while serving us. Soft serve was mid too…

Product is nice but there is no smiling no kind service. Even the product is good if the service is not kind enough I never satisfy from such places. Staff needs to be warned and educated.

Nice spot, combined with poke and sandwich shops. Lots of variety - and overall good value. Mudslide and Blackcomb were as advertised. Ice cream was smooth and creamy. Tough being in the outlet though as parking is not easy - not a place that you can quickly pop in and out.

Un happy employee.

Amazing ice cream, but never saw such a miserable person taking orders at the counter. No eye contact, constantly chewing something, not a single word even asking if I want to order. Are they being forced to work? It was as if I was asking for her soul when I asked about additional topping prices. Love soft peaks but never coming here again.

Grabbed this as a snack during a shopping trip. I tried the brown sugar with boba and it was SO good. Going back again this weekend. The smallest portion is more than an enough for an adult. Also, the soft serve tastes like it’s made with high-quality ingredients!

A lack of attentiveness and professionalism in handling customer orders tarnished what could have been an enjoyable visit. Additionally, despite requesting a refund, they only refunded a partial amount and retained the tip, despite providing zero service.

In the past, ice cream here was very delicious, creamy and rich. Unfortunately, the ice cream recently has lacked depth and tastes like it is milk based, not ‘cream’ based.
The name Soft Peaks no longer applies either, as the current ice cream is very hard and overly frozen.
The quality is no longer here.
Soft serve has left the building!
Taste buds do not lie.
