Very poor customer service. Every Starbucks location I’ve been to globally has provided water when needed. When I asked why, I was told, “We don’t provide water.” I was also told to find and use a hospital water fountain. 0/5 stars.

So I went to the Starbucks on December 1st I ordered someday but when it came time to pay it. I was rejected because I had a $100 bill. AMIR The person that took my order rejected me with some B.S. It was 4 PM. He told me that he can't take a 100 bill because His manager isn't there which I didn't ask for And they don't have change. So I said to him prove it, Open the register and prove it. He rejected me again. I just left. Said nothing and just left. That just tells me He judged me on the way I looked and probably thought the money I had was fake. Then We come back in this time is with my aunt.That was the time I actually got his name because his name tag was really faded and pointing downwards. I had to crouch to see his name. I came back 10 minutes later With my aunt, Give her the hundred dollar bill, but he still gave an excuse Talking really quietly.
If you guys don't accept a $100 bills, then say it to my face, don't lie to me.But then you cannot say that , because it's legal tender , you cannot reject someone Because it's actually money , it would be illegal to refuse for that reason.
So I'll give you an option, I mean This is going to headquarters anyways. What I really want you to do is fire him , but suspend him for a week, That's it. Or I will Take other action

I wanted to give a shout-out to my regular weekend barista, I think her name is Den or Denise (I'll have to double-check next time I order). She always seems to be running the busy store on her own, which makes me feel bad, but she still gets my coffee out quickly and is always so sweet to talk to. Really appreciate her!

Despite this Starbucks being quite busy, I found the staff, drinks and food great. Of course be patient and you get your Starbucks goodies. Definitely will come back for a drink or food.

No matter how hard I search, I can't see it. Are you in the hospital? ㅠㅠ It’s Saturday morning.. but I can’t see it.
Prices are higher compared to other Starbucks located inside hospitals in BC.
They tend to be busy bit not too organized. I have seen faster, more efficient service.

Worst service and Steven the manager is far from being a professional trained manager although he said that he has been working for 10 years.No fresh baked goods." We can warm up for you", really sad.He was trying to explain that in his location it has been like that for many years! !A Coffee shop without fresh produce.??Joseph
