My bestie and I have between coming to get our pizza hear for years, its been a while since we got our favorite one Mediterranean pizza, oh it was so yummy just like we remembered. Highly recommend!!!

The pizza was great, but the service was a huge disappointment.

My family has been coming here for years, which made this experience even more disappointing.

My wife called and specifically ordered the shrimp pizza. The employee took the order without asking any follow-up questions or confirming which pizza she meant. When she arrived, she was told they had made the lobster pizza instead. She immediately clarified that she had ordered the pizza with shrimp on top, not the lobster pizza. Honestly, shrimp and lobster are completely different ingredients, so this should have been clarified during the order.

What was frustrating wasn’t the mistake itself — misunderstandings happen. It was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of acknowledging the confusion, the response was like, “What do you want us to do with it? It’s already cooked. Do you want us to throw it in the garbage?” She was also told that she should have used the exact menu name. If “shrimp pizza” was unclear, a simple clarification during the phone order could have avoided the entire situation.

She then waited another 25 minutes for the correct pizza to be remade. Throughout the whole interaction, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Ironically, she still left a tip and apologized herself for the confusion.

The pizza itself was excellent, but the customer service left a very negative impression. After being loyal customers for years, we expected much better communication and professionalism. I hope the restaurant improves how it handles mistakes in the future.

Not bad, but the smoke salmon on pizza is way less than before. Taste not as good as before. Probably it will be my last time visiting 😢

Ordered a Mermaid pizza Togo. It was very good except it was difficult to eat the snow crab. They should cracked the claws and separate the legs.

Instagram-worthy pizza and absolutely delicious! 🍕 The presentation was beautiful, the ingredients tasted fresh, and every slice was full of flavor. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in Richmond. Highly recommend trying it!

The lobster pizza here is honestly a must-order every time we come for gatherings. 🍕🦞
We’ve brought so many friends here over the years, and everyone ends up loving it.
Perfect balance of rich lobster flavor, crispy crust, and just the right amount of cheese.
One of those dishes you keep craving and recommending again and again!

Pizza here is of great value. They're not cheap but the ingredients they put on the pizza are top notch. We ordered a pizza called Water. It had so much prawns and real crabmeat on it.

Got the “Italian” - tasted pretty good, but wasn’t anything special. I would say that this is like an average ‘Canadian’ pizza place and was decent value for money. Staff were top notch.

The Lobster 🦞 pizza is so good, and expensive also 🤣

Super large delicious seafood pizzas, consider how expensive it is to eat out nowadays, its actually cheaper to buy their super large pizza to eat for a whole family than to buy a few individual take out dishes. The shop used to be just a take out stand, now they expanded seating section, very successful. Probably my favorite pizza places in Vancouver.
