It was definitely not what I expected, I ordered RAMEN and received noddles with meat.It does not taste good and does not look good, even a fly was close to my plate. I expected something better. My husband and son also do not like their dish.

Update 2025.08.07. Ordered their Chicken Bento for lunch, it looked interesting with different items. All of the supporting food choices were alright. But when it came to the chicken, it was dry, overcooked, disappointing. Not recommended.

Update 2025.07.30. Ordered a pork Katsu donburi that was too heavily coated. A much thinner coating on the exterior preferred. The pork was moist, not overcooked, but the thick coating was disappointing. Service was fairly quick, just a few minutes. Free WiFi, credit cards accepted.

The worst chicken teriyaki I have ever had. I should have looked through the reviews before I ordered from them. The chicken was bland, texture like reheated leftover meat then loaded with salty teriyaki sauce. Veggie tempura fried to dark brown with distinct smell of burning oil. Never again.

This is in the food court. Ive always found food here reasonably priced in todays high inflation environment. I always order the bento, chicken or beef. Gives me a little bit of everything. Im not sure if thr sushi is freshly made, but what can you expect in a fastfood. Its good enough I guess. Service is quick. Plenty of tables obviously. I like coming here for a quick bite. They have lots of options.

Great sushi!

Terrible service. Always gives me less change than usual, tried to scam me out of $20 today. I gave the benefit of the doubt but this is not the first time this has happened

Love the sushi!! Very fresh and delicious. Another good thing is the dining area is separated from other food courts seats. The sushi plates are great value and high quality.

Tempura was okay. The rest is average. The usual food you would expect from a food court.

Do not order food from this Richmond Centre Food Court. The place gives Japanese food a bad name. Ordered Kappa Maki and the cucumber was soggy - they were selling yesterday's stock. The first assorted tempura was burnt and the second was not much better. How can the vegetables be doughy and overcooked? Service was dismissive with little care for customer's satisfaction.
