The price is not expensive, the portions are generous, and the taste is good.

We came at 6:30 for dinner and they ran out of half of the items on menu including their pork hocks. I was really disappointed but was too hungry to go somewhere else so I ordered what's available. The Hakka stir fry and egg plant with intestines were very good. I believe it's a decent restaurant. They just need to improve their inventory management.

My dining experience was a little disappointing- the restaurant ran out of their signature item-pork hock, and oyster mushroom, taiwanese meat ball and many more. At the end, we had to ask what do you actually have from the menu. We ordered stir fried Hakka style pork, eggplant with intestine and 3 spices braised tofu. Throughout our dining time, about 5 groups of people came in to dine or order for take out. The servers did not bring up anything about running out of the pork hock, but until the customers spent time reading the menu and were ready to order. A group of people left after heard the news, and a couple who happened to sit next to me wanted to order 4 dishes, and the restaurant only had 1 available (seriously...?). They looked a little stressed out and pulled out Google map to find other dining options nearby. Why they cannot just inform customers when they handed the menu so it saves each other's time? The eggplant with intestine is my favorite, make sure you order a bowl of rice! I think stir fried Hakka style pork is ok, but my Taiwanese friends really enjoyed it. The 3 spices braised tofu did not have any 3 spices flavor in it but more just like ginger braised tofu.

This is the second time I ordered takeout. The sister who answered the phone was very kind and the taste and portion were great?

Nice Taiwanese restaurant on the corner in Continental square. Was looking forward to have beef noodle soup but item was crossed out on menu. Had the three sauce pork hock and it was delicious. Everything was crispy and tasty including the ginger and garlic. The Lu rou fan was not super big portion but was not bad. Thought sharing the two dishes would not be enough for two but ended up being quite full.

Pork hock is the speciality here. The sauce definitely hits the spot.

Total disappointment. My friend asked if they had shrimp fried rice and they told me they don’t have it, I ordered XO sauce barbecue pork fried rice then it came out to be a plate with shrimp and some tiny pork pieces on the rice. I’m allergic to seafood so I asked them maybe they made the shrimp fried rice instead of what we ordered for my friend, turned out it was the XO sauce barbecue pork fried rice. The guy with glasses had a good attitude but the girl with the mask who I believe is the manager that day tried to blame it on me because didn’t say I’m allergic to seafood. First I didn’t see a word of shrimp or anything seafood on the menu for that dish it’s just called XO sauce barbecue pork fried rice. I’m not going back there and I hope this comment can help many people to avoid this restaurant. Not the attitude for running a restaurant and I had the worst experience dining here, aThey definitely made no effort to correct the situation.

Decent comfort food can be found here. The service is lacking.
