Based on the reviews, Old Xian's Noodle House is a very honest, no-nonsense Xi'an noodle shop that delivers authentic flavors. The noodles are absolutely delicious, full of authentic Xi’an flavor, and perfectly cooked. The wide noodles are excellent with a comforting, homemade flavor. The Biang Biang noodles are delicious and really tasty, while the dry noodle is amazing. A standout dish is the cumin style beef with hand pulled noodle, which is amazing with intense flavours, tasty, and perfect texture. The Rougamo (Chinese pork burger) has a nice, crispy crust, and the pork one is the best. The garlic cucumber is also very good, featuring big slices. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and the prices are reasonable. The pork soup noodle is decent, and the beef tastes like curry. The red sauce on the side is really good and very flavorful. The restaurant also has vegetarian options. It is a solid go-to for comforting, well-made noodles, and definitely worth coming back to try other dishes like the Stir-Fried Pork (Xiao Chao Rou).
