Original Rice Noodle includes pork, peas, fish tofu, quail egg, ham, bean curd, minced pork, pickled sauce, sausage, black fungus, shrimp, corn. The broth was light yet satisfying. Definitely a hearty meal on its own. Yang's Braised Pork Ribs Hand-Pulled Noodles. Picked mild spicy, but it still had quite a kick. Not bad overall, though I might go for the non-spicy version next time to let the flavours shine more.

9/11/2025: Order pick up. Salty Popcorn chicken, deep fried tofu, and cold noodle salad. Loved the popcorn chicken! Not super salty, just enough. Noodle salad was large! Very tasty sesame/peanut sauce. Tofu was good but a little too fried so it was a bit tough.

Tasty rice noodles.

Decent prices, and good portions for the price you pay. Also a variety of menu items to choose from, even if you’re not into rice noodles.

Restaurant is on the smaller side, so I recommend coming in early/avoiding lunch and dinner rush—or you might be waiting for a table for a bit. Also recommend coming with a party smaller than 4 if possible (ideally in pairs), as the restaurant doesn’t have many larger tables to...
