We came to this restaurant twice during our stay at Red and really loved it! Our favourite dishes were the brie chicken and the schnitzel and Spätzle. I really appreciated that they had a local Rossland beer on tap! The service was extremely friendly and the quality of food was excellent, especially given that it was quite reasonably priced.
The ambiance is casual but the food is spot-on and staff are friendly! I've eaten here for breakfast 4 days in a row, staying in the area, and everything I've eaten was delish! Prices are reasonable and portions are generous but not over the top. Brekkie is seated, served but there is also a counter from which you can order a coffee and pastry to go. All in all Fresh is a solid option for tasty eats near the slope! Have not been for après or dinner but would like to check that...read full review
Best veggie burger I’ve had. Beans with quinoa, mushrooms, and caramelized onions topped with a generous helping of cheese and avocado, just about to fall apart, but still with enough integrity to keep it mostly on the bun, what more could a person want? My partner had the chicken burger and it was also phenomenal. The chicken was just perfectly tender and moist. Thanks for the fabulous food!
