They use exceptionally high-quality ingredients to create their craft ice cream, avoiding the usual additives found in most ice creams these days. I take my family here as often as possible, and we frequently make special trips from Comox just for dessert. “I love the Atlas ! every time we’ve been the food is absolutely delicious and unique, and the staff are wonderful. Today we went and didn’t realize it was “all breakfast Sunday”. I had my heart set on clam chowder, with only breakfast food I thought it might not be for me but the waitress was so good we decided to stay and I ended up having the best breakfast Huevos rancheros , it was absolutely delicious .. and I also ordered the wrong type of wine.. well the waitress even changed in the wine for me.. really appreciated her .. thank you Atlas cafe and staff !!”

“I love their variety of vegan flavors. Lots of places add one or two vegan options, but there's at least 5 options here, and they rotate regularly. Very happy that they introduced a vegan version of their spruce tip ice cream!! Friendly staff, clean and cute building, unique and delicious ice cream. I'll have to try their coffees next time. 🍦”

“Got the Dragon bowl. Got the large for 3 proteins. Replaced the bbq eel with shrimp and then added ahi tuna and salmon. It comes with a ramen egg and tomato egg separately as part of the dish. So 5 protein sources in total. Had red cabbage, carrot, green onion and replaced the tomatoes with cucumber. Got the garlic umami and spicy chojang sauce. Absolutely to die for meal. It's nice to eat something that feels both satisfying and refreshing. Unbelievably delicious.

“Sushi Joes has the BEST sashimi! Try the sushi pizza or salad. If you're not a fan of sushi, try the Bi Bim Bap. It some crackling hot with amazing, tasty, crispy rice on the bottom!🤤”

“The food was absolutely amazing! It was my first time here and I had the lamb sandwich, which I’ll definitely be ordering again. The only downside was the service—our server came across as quite cold and never checked in to see how we were enjoying our meal or if we needed anything else. The food alone makes me want to come back, but I hope the service improves to match the quality of the kitchen.”

“Very neat and good. A very small menu with few options, which is a good sign in general), a fusion between Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai. We had wings, dumplings, spring rolls and the Thai soup. Spicy and an unusual broth, but very good. The service is friendly. I recommend it”
