“This evening was wonderful. Both individuals that served us at the Sardis DQ location were exceptionally kind and cared deeply for their customers. Kashish was INCREDIBLE with our cake decorating. I walked in to order, and I was worried our design may be too complex to do in a short time. But, Kashish was quick and efficient. She was such a lovely and genuine person. Wensky was the friendliest man with the most positive attitude. He answered all of my questions with care and clearly appreciates costomers and colleagues alike. What a wonderful team they make! I attached a photo of Kashish' cake. It will be from my little siblings and I to my mother for her birthday.“

“Beautifully fried golden yellow chicken. The seasoning is lightly done, giving the chicken a clean, crispy, and natural flavor. Perfect for folks with a sensitive palate. I ordered the chicken leg and thigh special, spicy chicken sandwich, and shredded chicken poutine.

The chicken sandwich ended up being my favourite out of the 3. The poutine came with a surpsingly generous portion of chicken. However the cheese could use improvement and wasn't to my personal preferences.

Overall this place is a great family operated restaurant.

“We do not live anywhere close to this location; however, since receiving our first order from this location a couple years back, we have made a point to return to this specific location anytime we pass nearby. The food quality and absolutely fantastic customer service make this location the crown jewel of the Canadian arm of this franchise. Harpreet was the staff member, according to our slip, and knew that we were traveling a great distance. As such, she made fresh chicken and biscuits for our order. She is very kind and considerate... something that is very often laking in customer service, nowadays. Her attitude, genuineness and care for both customer, and her franchise, is exemplary. “On our travels through Chilliwack, I discovered that I had left my purse behind, at Five Guys. I was 3 hours away by this time and went into a blind panic. I called them, crossing fingers it was there! They stated that it was, and they kept it safe overnight until I could have someone pick it up the next morning. The purse was retrieved, all contents (including cash), untouched. A MAJOR THANK YOU for the honesty, integrity and graciousness of this store’s staff.
