We've been consistently getting Sushi from Shawnigan Jen's for 2years now. Honestly, probably the 2nds best I have had anywhere in Canada. The Quality is out of this world. The staff are always friendly. It's more of a take-out restaurant, but when the weather is good there is a small outdoor patio. Highly recommend.
Ordered the dynamite combo for takeout. Did not realize until after but there was no shrimp inside and it was a vegetarian roll. Not sure if that was a mistake or all the dynamite rolls there are vegetarian. The roll itself was decent, considering it did not have any shrimp. The nigiri had good quality fresh salmon that hit the spot.
Super impressed with this place. Awesome staff, awesome sushi, and great price. Its little bit of a closet but we sat outside and people watched while we had our sushi, so no big deal. HIGHLY recommend.
