We were the first customers in for the day so not busy yet. Everything was excellent except for the food consistency. We had been in a few weeks ago and my husband had the pizza and it was excellent , beautiful crust around the edge etc. today almost no crust on the edge , so over cooked and hard to even bite into. This is a new and very busy lovely restaurant overlooking the waterfront in Sydney. One bonus is that you can get two hours of free parking once you’re inside the restaurant.

We had such a lovely experience at Jacks on the Water! Our waitress Jade was absolutely wonderful — super accommodating, helpful, funny, and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. The setting right on the water in Sydney, BC is gorgeous, and the atmosphere couldn’t be better. Can’t wait to go back! Roby
