The wait time is unbelievable and some staff members are really rude. Not only they can’t communicate professionally, but they think it’s ok to talk about the customers behind their back.
i stopped going to tims a long time ago, but the fudge brownie iced latte intrigued me. in drive thru i ordered a large fudge brownie iced latte MADE w chocolate milk n some cookies. first there's a hold up at the window w the car in front of me. then i get there n they're asking for an order that isn't mine. i repeat what i ordered SEVERAL clear times, im just given confused looks while they look at their order screen. then they figure it out and pull over my cookies, a medium...read full review
