We doordashed vanilla iced lattes from this store and when they arrived at our door both of them were plain with no vanilla, I even payed for extra vanilla in one of the lattes. I’m quite upset especially considering it was a doordash order so I know for certain there wasn’t any miscommunication. Normally I wouldn’t care too much except this tim hortans store has done this more than once to me now.
Bummer deal! Been going here for two years straight and today June 12th 2026 the boy at the til said they dont serve red eye coffee at that location and only at certain locations... Bummer big time!!
I ordered a coffee with a shot of espresso and a breakfast wrap. Coffee was fresh and the server served me with a smile :)

Tim Hortons offers delicious coffee and donuts, including the Raspberry filled Donut that is fresh and tasty. Customers may miss out on new flavors like the Baileys one, but classics like the Maple Dip are still loved. Despite inconsistent service, the workers at the Sooke location are always cheerful and friendly. The Ice Caps are a perfect treat, but there seems to be a shortage of front counter staff in most Tim Hortons locations.
