Food and service are really good. staff were polite and more than accommodating to the older people. Food was delivered quickly and breakfast was exactly how I like it.

Close by, friendly staff, clean environment
Typically its a bit of a wait to get even an order in through drive through. Have found a few employees are really well at managing orders and are quick to serve. Friendly and professional. Tall lady with dyed hair seems like she is on top of orders and friendly service. As well as a younger blonde girl and older lady. These few are a good example and good representation of the branch. Hope they can instill their skills to pass onto others working there.

A&W Canada in Summerland offers a nostalgic dining experience with friendly service and consistently good food. The staff work hard to provide a quality product, and many customers note the friendly and smiling staff. The front of house is always getting cleaned, ensuring there is always a clean table. The coffee is fresh and delicious every morning. However, longer wait times and a busy parking lot can be drawbacks, especially since the drive-thru location is not ideal and is attached to a busy gas station, making it difficult to enter and exit. It is a family-friendly establishment with limited wheelchair accessibility. Although some reviews mention that food portions seem to have decreased over the years, the customer service remains excellent, and food is delivered quickly and to satisfaction.
