Tim Hortons Reviews
Want to give a huge shout out to Dane at Tim’s Summerland today for exceptional customer service and much-appreciated patience in helping me navigate my points system today.
In a world where people are struggling to show patience and kindness to one another at this point, this young man is a credit to himself, his family and his community!
Worst customer service of any Tim’s Ive ever been too. 2pm and the menu is not turned over and get indignant when asked what kind of sandwiches available because the menu cant be viewed. And then make anyone from drive thru whos order is delayed park in the only 2 handicap spots available. Jerk move Tim’s. And also, where’s my friggin’ muffin.
Good coffee, good food. We stopped before the drive.

Tim Hortons offers great coffee and is located in a beautiful and calm area of Summerland. The restaurant is neat and clean, making it a perfect stop for travelers heading to Penticton or Osoyoos. The drive-thru service is generally fast, although it can be a bit slow during peak hours. The turkey bacon club is recommended, and the location has a large table for groups to sit, talk, and discuss.
Customer service at this location has received mixed reviews. Some staff members are friendly and provide quick service, while others have displayed less caring attitudes. The morning crew stands out for their exceptional customer service, greeting customers with genuine smiles and enthusiasm. However, there have been recent complaints about the quality of the food, with some customers noting issues with Lattes and the preparation of sausage muffins. Additionally, there have been mentions of problems with the ice cap machine and limited donut selection.
Overall, Tim Hortons in Summerland presents a mixed experience with room for improvement, but it remains a reliable stop for coffee and snacks in the community.
