The halibut was very good
Picked up our order last night and we were not impressed. The fish was ok but the fries were all overcooked or almost burnt that it all tasted bitter. We also asked for condiments and utensils but it did not come with any. We expected more because it's pricey but I guess the staffs wouldn't care. It's our first time and will not come back again.
Stopped for quick lunch on Boxing Day with my Father, who used to go regularly to Al & Jan's many years ago. The original owners retired years ago, so we weren't sure what to expect.
It was unexpectedly quiet there for lunch, but probably because of Boxing Day. The lady was friendly and took our order for dine in and also cooked the food.
