I got to Cactus Club around 9 and left at 9:55, and I was so impressed with how fast the service was. My server, Sky, was absolutely amazing she was so sweet and had the prettiest smile! She made the whole experience even better. Honestly, this is the best Cactus Club in the area. I completely recommend it! Happy hour is where it’s at!!

We came here for happy hour and had a great time. It is very busy during happy hour so, glad we made reservations. We were seated right on time and the vibe starting off was really good. Even though it was really busy, Hashanah was really attentive. Our drinks and appetizer came out very quickly. The menu was well rounded, had something for everyone , including our 2 kids. Our meals came out right after, and tasted amazing. The portions were more than enough. We had some interactions with staff other than our server, and they were all very pleasant. Definitely a good spot and we will be visiting again soon.

On August 20 my daughter and I were here to have lunch. I ordered my usual Green Goddess Salad and was told they were not serving it that day. What? No Salad? I had the fish tacos instead but…very disappointing. The service was great but…no salad. Unbelievable.

Excellent Customer Service Experience Every Single Time
I always take the family to Cactus Club when in Vancouver. The Service is exceptional. The food is always top quality and delicious. And the atmosphere is cozy & upscale.
Both my kids had the cheddar bacon burger. I opted for the Spicy Szchewan Dragon Wraps. All were delectable.
Wonderful eating establishment..great service friendly people enjoyed my meal.

Last two visits have been sub par, too overdone steaks, cold fries, waiter bringing out wrong orders and charging them for us. No manager was brought over after complaints. I go to Cactus for consistent above decent meals and the customer service they provide. It wasn't present in my last two visits.
