I have lived in the area for 7 years and have come to this cactus club many times over the years. It had always been a decent experience, until Olivia, our server, made it an unforgettable one. My friend and I began coming here twice a week after soccer and we met Olivia. It's the reason we continued returning. She was working but she very much felt like part of our girl group. Olivia knew when it was a good day, but she definitely knew when it was a bad day. Last week when we went in, she didn't ask - she just knew. She brought dessert and said "I hope you're okay". That absolutely brought me to tears. I'm giving this review in consideration of the fact that Cactus has definitely upped their game in hiring some amazing souls. Real people. Olivia deserves an award for being kind, conscientious, intuitive, and sincere. I wouldn't be a regular, if not for amazing staff like her. The food and atmosphere is fantastic, but it's the experience that really speaks volumes.

We are regulars at this location service and food is usually amazing but tonight the service was far from good, our server seemed to have an attitute. she never conversated with us once, the only time she did was to make fun on one of my friends. extremely inappropriate and left a bad taste in all of our mouths.

A popular spot in South Surrey. Food is consistent as is service. They have a nice covered patio but parking can be difficult.

Sienna is an amazing server. My niece has nut allergies and she was so kind to make sure my niece was well taken care of. She made sure everything was safe for her. Our food came out in timely manner. She was very interactive and kind.

First time at this location. Went on a busy Friday night. Next time I will book the lounge not the patio. Our server was great and went above and beyond to accommodate 2 small children, while being so busy! Just great service overall.

Invited our friends' family over to celebrate special occasion. Never imagined we would have been haunted by two flies throughout our entire time there. Had to use one hand for food and the other to shoo the flies away. When we told the waitress about this, we only got "oh I'm sorry they must came from outside" - where else could they come from??? Food is good except getting a lot more spicy than before - even the chicken teriyaki bowl!
