I truly appreciate the service at Cinnzeo in Guildford. I was helped by Jose who took the time to support me with nutritional information, which meant a lot. Packed my order properly, complete with forks and napkins. Excellent customer service, Jose!

Very poor service. I asked some questions about the packs that they had and the price difference, freshness. The old asain man just looked annoyed because I didn't want to buy them right away. Refused to answer my last question on how many were in the pack that he was holding. Just aggressively waved his hand with 4 fingers. I told him that he had very poor service and this is not how you should run a place of business.
As usual the cinnamon roll was delicious. Unfortunately the coffee was like water, no cream and no sweetener. The server was very apologetic but nothing she could do.
