We love Coco Tea, but just not this location. We’ve tried this location multiple times, but it’s never been a completely satisfying experience. This time, it was the impatient staff that really got to me. Even my kids noticed how annoyed they were when I asked them to repeat a question (which was over the loud music and over the staff shaking drinks in the background). Too expensive
We asked which teas were buy one get 50% off the 2nd and told them our order. I paid for the order. Then they wanted to charge full price for the 2nd drink because they said they didn't know our orders weren't separate. I offered to still pay the 50% of the other drink if I had only paid for one but they said it wasn't possible. They did not even apologize for their error.

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice offers super fast service, with someone starting the order as soon as it's taken. The restaurant has a great variety of bubble tea, smoothies, and other seasonal drinks made with fresh fruit. The bubble tea is consistently tasty, and the staff is efficient. They offer oat milk as a dietary option, and often play Mandarin music.
