It was pretty busy at the time I ordered but the employees were very efficient and organized. When it was my turn, I like how the cashier/server confirmed my order before making it. I wish I got her name! She also patiently answered my questions about the loyalty program. Great people and notably very clean This is my go-to bubble tea place!

The girl that works Saturday mornings now is always friendly and greets you when you come through the door regardless how busy she might be, she makes an effort. The smoothies are always made right and she is always cheerful and smiling...makes for a much more pleasant experience than the last girl gave!!! I have changed my review to 5 stars now ........I come here every Saturday morning for a smoothie. It's always good and ready quickly. Usually the staff are great. I did not have the same experience this morning with the girl working the counter. Not only did she not speak one word no please no thank you no anything she also doesn't smile. She seemed miserable. I felt bad so tipped her nicely cause she clearly hates being at work today lol“

“Sharetea in Surrey (Guildford) area is a solid bubble tea choice in the area. I really love their wintermelon tea. Pearls were soft and chewy and the staff were great. I arrived 15min before closing and they were still warm and welcoming to my late-night order.“
