“I love Popeyes but they need to fix their gravy. Just let the gravy be gravy instead of making it too thick and adding a bunch of leftover chicken scraps in it. It’s like a chicken scrap pudding. It used to be a nice gravy to dip the biscuit, fries and chicken but not anymore. I suspect it’s a sneaky cost saving tactic by adding filler. And also they purposefully do not give you napkins unless you ask for it, even for dine ins, which is very annoying if you forget to ask and have to walk all the way back to counter with greasy hands.“

“I recently got take-out at the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on 64 Avenue in Surrey and received exceptional service from team member Rajwinder. She conducted herself with professionalism throughout the transaction and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.
After I placed a large food order, I realized I had omitted a Coca-Cola. Rajwinder converted the purchase into a combo so that the drink could be included without an additional charge on my card. When the restaurant had run out of chicken leg pieces, she substituted thigh pieces at no extra cost.
These actions reflected both attentiveness and integrity. Rajwinder is a valuable employee of this location, and her service significantly improved the visit.“
