I bought some salmon jerky from Vancouver airport as a special gift to bring home to Ottawa. And I really wanted to love it! Sadly my partner and I found it not only did not taste like salmon, but was very plastic-ey as for both flavour and texture. Super disappointed. Would not recommend. And for the expensive price as well, I’d suggest Vancouver airport find a much better supplier for tourists excited to take a special souvenir home with them. Sorry.
