The lady that takes customers orders is very rude, they are not trained properly, my coffee was splilled many oocasions no apology, also I was given wrong order various times too. Horrible experience.

Tim Hortons offers hot black coffee in white paper cups. The staff are polite and efficient. While simple orders may face resistance, the end result is delicious. Although there might be delays, the taste is worth the wait. This is a good, efficient, fast & clean Tim Hortons. Another great lunch with fresh coffee and a good beef sandwich, finished off with a blueberry muffin. Customer service is pretty nice. Wait time is very long though. Many Vegetarian options available. You can substitute regular milk for oat, almond or soy milk in your beverages.
