“I had a problem with my last order the previous night and the lady who I spoke to Palwinder was very kind and took Ownership of the problem rather than wait for a manager.

“**Edit : I had a do over with the previous sandwiches and they were fresh and delicious.
I also followed up by ordering some extra wings that were just as good as the sandwiches. The taste and the reason I like to frequent this establishment.**

Used to be really good when it just opened.

Tray wasn't even cleaned properly. Was greasy when I went to pick it up.

Luckily I asked for fresh fries or would have gotten stale fries like my chicken.

Chicken sandwich was lukewarm and wasn't crispy.

Food is good when fresh. But when it isn't it's really bad.“

“We came in for the half price wings, and it was worth it. We tried four varieties of regular wings… Dill Pickle, Texas Dry Rub, Fiji Flame, Louisiana Sweet & one order of Honey Garlic boneless wingerz. They were all delicious, but my personal favourite was Honey Garlic. Our server was great, very attentive. Our table needed to be cleaned/wiped, but we were already seated before we noticed. It was cleaned right away when we told our server. It was 12:20, and NFL Sunday, but they didn’t have the “local” (Seattle Seahawks) game on, so we requested that one of the stations be changed to that game. We asked immediately when we were seated, and were told it would be put on right away. We asked again, and we were told the same thing, that the Manager would do it right away. We asked again, but still nothing. Unfortunately, we finished our food without the game ever being put on which was disappointing, and we did let the server know. She apologized, but really what could be done now. Hopefully, they put the game on so others could enjoy it after we left. We really enjoyed the food, and we will definitely be back! 🙂“

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is tasty. Wish it was available in larger sizes.

Parking: Strip mall parking lot, always able to find a stall.“

“I tried to order on-line but my coupon wasn’t accepted, so I resorted to telephone and when I went to pick up I had inadvertently selected wrong location. The staff at Ladner were able to correct and made a fresh pizza for me to carry out. The Assistant Manager was helpful, courteous and professional. I was very impressed by the staff and I received a hot pizza.

“I want to say this location in Ladner is so warm and hospitable. My son has an order that is often made incorrectly due to the modification settings on the app but they always come through with redemption. Last night me and the kids went to order a pick up order and they offered my two young kids a juice while we waited. They even gave my son an upgraded size pizza at no charge. The staff are always so pleasant! Great job and thank you for your wonderful kindness. We will continue to come in to order to experience the staff :)“

They welcomed me warmly and answered my questions in detail to choose right pizza in right size. They are very respectful and polite. Definitely, I will come back to this branch next time only because of these two kind men.
I came back again to this branch today October 17 and ordered super supreme pizza. Jinmmy took my order with kindness and politeness and prepared the pizza just the way I wanted it. He is very kind and understanding.“
