About Absinthe Bistro

Absinthe Bistro is a top choice for a delicious meal. The menu features 3 starters, 3 mains, and 3 desserts, offering a small but well-executed selection. The Red Wine Poached Pear and Salmon Wellington remain must-tries. The food quality is exceptional, from the butter and bread to the seared scallops and ceviche. Each dish is unique tasting, and many have compared the quality to Michelin-starred restaurants. The welcoming and attentive staff add to the dining experience, providing genuinely caring and friendly service. Celebrating special occasions like birthdays is made memorable with thoughtful touches, such as birthday cards and Polaroid photos. The chocolate lava cake and The Black Fairy cocktail are highly recommended, as well as the absinthe drip. With elegant chandeliers and beautiful food, Absinthe Bistro offers a flawless dining experience that many rate a 10 out of 10, making it truly remarkable and worth a return visit. The cozy, calm, and intimate ambiance enhances the enjoyment. Although recent visits noted that service can sometimes be lacking, overall, guests find the restaurant’s refined cooking and lovely atmosphere very satisfying.
