The service and cocktails provided were one of the best that I encountered in Vancouver. That food especially catered to my needs. Would visit and recommend.Parking: Frontal free parking

Just home from our second visit to Addah. Discovered this hidden Gem (in the old Emerald Club space on Gore) through dine out in January. We enjoyed the food so much on the first visit, we had to come back for Valentine's Day. On both visits we had a 5-7 course set menu, and each dish brought bountiful flavour, unique tastes, spicyness and intrigue – we, as yet, have not had a plate we didn't enjoy immensely! Our server Rishna (means always mad - but she's a sweetheart), today, was amazing as well, telling us stories about her village and the food in Nepal. Oh, did I mention the cocktails and wine list, while short, are totally on point! We will be returning often!

Ate here during dine out and it was one of the best choices I ever made. The food here is incredible. I was introduced to many new flavour combinations and they were all so incredible. The staff here are so friendly! I can't say enough about how good the food here is, you must go try it!

My wife and I came here for the tasting menu and we had an amazing time! The food was very traditional and hearing the stories behind how and why they cook what they were serving was very unique! It made us enjoy the food even more. It was soo good that I didn’t even take a picture of all the plates. I’m definitely coming back for the Yak momo, the Lafing, the amazing Bhutanese style pork and to try other dishes from this place.

Be prepared for long waits! Dine out 2024 lunch: first course (soup) took 40min to arrive and second course (momos) took another hour. Unfortunately we had to leave as we didn't expect lunch to take so long and had other plans after. Street parking here is also 2h only.Service is good and they were very courteous about our complaint. The momos were delicious but we did not have the chance to try other things. This could have been a great experience if we knew beforehand and arrived on a full stomach, things to do, and an empty schedule.

Went to Addah on the last day of Dine Out Vancouver. Experienced their 'Himalayan Journey' set menu for $55. Was a fantastic evening. The food was wonderful, tasty and the portion sizes were very fair. The Yak Momo's and Phaksaa Paa were my favorite items. I've been to Himalayan regions before and the food at Addah brought me right back to my travels in Sikkim and Himachal. I'm looking forward to eating here again soon. Thank you for the amazing dinner Addah, it was one of the best birthday dinners I've ever had.

Came here for Dine-Out lunch menu $35 for 5 courses. A special experience since there’s not many Himalayan cuisine restaurants in Vancouver. The wait for food was super long. It took 3 hours for all the dishes to be served.

Came here to try their dineout lunch menu, and everything was delicious. Wanted to ask if I would be able to order the yak momo a la carte, but apparently it has been so popular that they had already subbed it in the menu so bonus for me! Server was very kind and food was brought in a timely manner. She had no issues explaining the ingredients used in the dishes which was very helpful as my dining partner had never tried this type of cuisine before. All dishes had some mild heat which was very pleasant and not overpowering. The warm marrow broth was perfect for a mildly chilly day.

Went here for Dine Out Vancouver and it was easily one of the best Dine Out experiences I’ve ever had. The service was excellent, the ambience was beautiful and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing! Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the dishes being served, which really enhanced our dining experience. The decor is lovely and the music was kept at the perfect volume for dining (ie. no shouting required for conversations to take place). 10/10, will definitely be returning for more!

Their dine out menu was absolutely amazing. Showcasing the unique flavours of the Himalayas. The cold noodles and the yak momos were my favourites. But I couldn’t fault any of their dishes. Service was excellent! Dishes explained to us in detail. I can’t wait to

Visited Addah for their dine out menu and it was a great tasting menu of the cuisine. The interior is super cozy and some of the areas feel like visiting someone's home rather than a restaurant. The staff were also super nice and friendly. They were very good about explaining each dish and its role in the culture. The actual food was mostly good. I personally didn't appreciate how spicy some of the dishes were but I do understand that it needs to be like that to be authentic. Some of the dishes were also very odd, which made for an interesting experience of trying new things. It wasn't my favourite but fun to try.

I have always wanted to try this restaurant that offers Himalayan food. Having never experienced Himalayan cuisine before, the Dine Out Vancouver festival provides me with the perfect opportunity. The restaurant's menu has caught my eye, offering a 7-course meal for CAD55.00 - a fantastic deal! First course Lafing: steamed cold noodle stuffed with spicy mix of nuts, house chilli oil and green onion _ The stuffed mixed nuts with chili were spicy, a tad salty, but delicious. The noodles were perfect, striking a balance between not too soft and not too hard. It made for a great dish to start Second course Yak Momo: Sikkimese style yak meat dumpling with feta chilli -This was an excellent dish. It was distinctly not Chinese-style; rather, it embodied the Himalayan style of dumplings. The stuffing had a flavor reminiscent of South East Asian cuisine. I really loved this dish. Third course Phaksa paa: Bhutanese style pork, chilli and vegetable stew served with house bread -The pork was exceptionally tender, the sauce had a spicy kick, and I could detect a hint of curry spice, perhaps? The bread was dense, chewy, and exceptionally good. This, too, was another great dish. Fourth course Choila: Nepali style hay smoked duck mixed with fire roasted tomato, charred chilli, mustard oil and spices served with house pickle and flattened rice -Chopped duck encased in a roasted tomato - a unique and intriguing dish. The puffed rice added a crispy and light texture, reminiscent of rice crispy without additional ingredients. A very different and interesting culinary experience Fifth course Sanga bhaley: classic Tibetan layered pastry -This layered pastry was similar to phyllo, but it was more crispy and lighter. Very good. Sixth course Bho cha: Himalayan churned butter tea - I had never tried butter tea before. It had a very thick, melted butter flavor within the tea. I believe that people living at higher elevations may require such a rich and thick beverage to sustain themselves physically. It was an ancient food , and I truly enjoyed the experience. Seventh course: Till ko laddu: Nepali style sweet sesame balls -Strawberry-flavored granita tastes really good! It says 'Sesame ball,' but actually, it's a sesame thin bar--crunchy, sweet sesame goodness. An excellent dessert to finish. It was an excellent dinner. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. The server explained all the dish details, and the ambience was pleasant. I can't wait for my next visit. I will definitely go back
