The food quality here is very inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes amazing, sometimes it’s bland, and sometimes it’s overly salty.

Nice option to use your own creativity and mix the ingredients you would like to be cooked for your own soup? There lots of different ingredients there: seafood, meat, mushrooms, vegetables, etc. You can also make you own sauce for the soup and you will get ice-cream in the end?

This location has been jam packed since they opened, it’s nice to get a quick Asian restaurant in the block. You can pick any ingredients along the wall, you pay by weight (except for a few premium items like abalone). You pick your soup base or sauce and spice level if available, and that’s it! It cooks pretty quick and they’ll bring it to you. If you come during happy hour, you get a free drink and ice cream, but that’s when it’s busiest. You must sign in first because they assign seats. The staff are really nice, consistent service across locations. You can create your own sauces for free at the bench across from the till.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a very crowded space, it’s possible but difficult.

I'm a big fan of Bigway hotpot, and I've been to many location not only downtown one, but I would say here is the best when it comes to customer service and atmosphere!Especially Winnie is one of amazing staff in there. I can see she is treating customers very nicely, also attentive!Aside from her, Therry (Sorry I didn't check her name carefully, but black hair women) delivered me very good customer service the other day.I asked her to-go box after eat, but she packed my meal and also wrapped it using special wrap! (cuz I was about to do it by myself lol)Bigway is chain fast-food restaurant, but their customer service is amazing!I'll keep going there when I miss hotpot!

$3.99/100 grams. For a small eater who loves hot pot, this is the perfect place for you. Big Way is delicious. Granted, I haven't ventured outside of my go-to broths: Tom Yum and Signature Ma La Tang. Big Way's concept is all self-serve, including the sauce station. My advice is the make your reservations online during peak rush hours. It's more convenient than placing your name down on the waitlist. I feel like Big Way could improve on their table seating/organization. I have dropped by twice and have gotten my table taken because I was choosing my toppings.

Most staff here are nice and friendly, especially the short Indian lady who was very friendly and nice. She always smiled and provided great service. The East Asian guy with glasses was not friendly at all, though. The food was good too. However, when I visited here last time, Big Way Hot wasn't that spicy, but it was very spicy today. Also, Matcha ice cream is better than Strawberry ice cream.

This is one of my favourite places to eat. Totally customisable. Perfect for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans.Mushroom vegan broth is my favourite.Great selection, attentive staff, and free ice cream. There is bubble tea too! This location doesn’t seem to have as long as a line up. Join the queue before arrival to avoid waiting outside.

Before the happy hour visit, 1st time so a bit overjoyed.1: This is new way of eating big bowl off soup with many ingredients that reaching the boiling point them bring altogether to your desk..NOT as originated HOT POT styles as you can cook own pace and enjoy food. Instead of mixed all the food for you, it steal my way of joy the hot pot style.2 : cashier did not knowledge the program to newbie like us.3: variety food is excellent, but can be cross contamination because of the display. Sea food / meat and vegetables should be separatedUsing your own tongue more easy to mixed the food when you pick up or change mind.4: does the store remove the empty pot when weighing on?Didn’t see that clear information on the bill.In comparison when you buy big Salad or hot bar at Whole Foods Market or VCC canteen downtown location, cashier will clear told you the package weights will be remove , no cost back to customer..I wish this new hot pot store can provide how we weigh the food, show on the bill and honor to everyone or on a placard.Downtown price way to high..very interesting setting and the color choices.. easy break your bank if eat here often.Parking: Park underground better then walk to the store. Or take skytrainKid-friendliness: No space for kids run and the play, not recommendedWheelchair accessibility: Not a chance ,

I went yesterday at the Robson location and i usually walys go there but yesterday unfortunately was not a good experience. Firt they gave me way less broth and then hours later after eating i got food poisoning! Thinking now it was probably from the meat that didnt look entirely fresh and i went one hour after the restaurant opened. Sad cause i used to recommend this place to everyone

It's great fast food style hot pot. You pick whatever you like, pick a broth, and they cook it in a hot pot for you. Friendly

I came here so many times, but today was so much different and I need to applaud the manager tonight! My pot came in with different ingredients but the manager was so calm and tried to find my pot right away! I haven't reported yet but she saw a confusion on my face and asked me immediately. Within only 5 mins, she found it and even gave me and my friend drinks while we waiting! Her on time attention and kindness really made my day! I really really love Big Way

My friend A wanted to come here so we went here for dinner. Smaller location than Burnaby, but there is more room inside the restaurant. We checked in via Ipad with my number and waited for 10-15 minutes. Variety of toppings to choose from for hot pot from seafood, veggies, meat and noodles. There was also DIY station for condiments. A got collagen broth and I ordered mine in signature mala tang flavour.Food was okay overall. No difference to what I had in Burnaby location. Food filled me up, but it was nothing special. I personally would prefer other Hot Pot places over Big Way Hot Pot.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, Poor service after waiting over 15 minutes I asked them about my order young guys say we’re still preparing.Store manager or supervisor supposed to follow up with takeout or delivery orders. If you guys busy don’t take orders?
