This location has been jam packed since they opened, it’s nice to get a quick Asian restaurant in the block. You can pick any ingredients along the wall, you pay by weight (except for a few premium items like abalone). You pick your soup base or sauce and spice level if available, and that’s it! I'm a big fan of Bigway hotpot, and I've been to many location not only downtown one, but I would say here is the best when it comes to customer service and atmosphere!Especially Winnie is one of amazing staff in there.
