Server Ellen is very competent and friendly! She clearly cares about her job and it's a pleasure to be served by her. It's a great restaurant but many would think that it's all the employees, food, atmosphere, waiting time, etc. that determines the rating for the place. I'd say that only a few servers or even one server who puts in the right effort can make the place feel great!
Happy hour dine in 4-5pm @50% is unclear. Customers be caution!
If you can't finish all or most of your food they will charge you full price.
I went with my son (kids will say one thing and change their mind, etc)
I ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer. Finished over 1/2 of everything but server said we didn't eat more than 50%... It's frustrating because is not like we ate 1 slice and packed the rest of pizza and food. I even ordered a small appie instead of bigger size...read full review
BP has been my favourite for the 25+ years I've been in Canada. I have gone countless times to many different locations and not once I have been disappointed. Always super friendly and professional service, great food, great drinks, awesome atmosphere and tonight it was no exception. A very pleasant experience, just as I expected.
