I’ve wanted to visit an actual Bubble Waffle Café ever since encountering them at the Richmond Night Market. I recall being quite taken by their strawberry-flavoured bubble waffle at the time and, upon learning that they had brick and mortar locations, added them to my “must try” list of restaurants. Had the chicken laksa soup noodle a few times now. Extremely tasty. Some of the BEST laksa I’ve ever had and was so nice on a rainy day like today.My only issue is all the plastic packaging, not exactly environmentally friendly ?

The preserved egg chicken soup was tasty but a little too salty. Good portion size. Terrible take-out packaging! The lid for the soup doesn’t close all the way no matter how hard it’s pressed down. In the 2 minutes it took to walk over to my office, the soup container leaked from the rim and got everything in the plastic bag wet.
