I happened across this place on a fluke. I can’t believe how good this breakfast was. I had the Bacon Benny -Back bacon, poached, eggs, arugula salad, avocado, herbed baked tomato, sweet crunchy waffle and hollandaise sauce. it was incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good Benny, I followed up with a dessert. I had the Earl Grey Crawford and asked to customize strawberries on top, Again, amazing and delicious. Canffle is located just off Boundary Road in Vancouver. Parking can be a bit tricky, but overall the area is still fairly easy to access.

We went for brunch and ordered the Chicken Basil Melts and the Egg Droffle. The pesto flavor on the Chicken Basil Melts was incredibly tasty, and the vinaigrette on the side salad added an extra layer that really elevated the whole dish.
