Such a fun and cozy place to go, the staff is super nice and helpful and I always have a great experience here! It’s one of my favorite places in Vancouver! Whenever friends or family are visiting Vancouver, Catoro is my first suggestion :)
Had SUCH a wonderful time here! We went around 2 and majority of the cats were sleeping but they soon woke up and were running around playing. They are all so well taken care of and the staff here are just absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time learning about the kitties, playing with them and enjoying a declicious tea at the same time.
Not to mention they have some of the cutest cat merch I have ever seen! Keep up the great work - you guys rock!

My experience at this cat cafe was a little disappointing, as I had high expectations going in. The staff and service were great, but the visit itself wasn’t what I hoped for. There were only about 5 or 6 cats out, and they really weren’t interested in interacting with people, not just me. If you tried to pet them, some would react defensively and I even got hit by one. If you tried to play with them using toys, they mostly ignored it. A few were just sleeping and didn’t...
