Overall I would stay here again as it’s super convenient for the port when cruising. Great sized room (deluxe on 15th floor) had a great view, clean and comfortable beds.
However. When we stayed last week, there was one lift working. It was often carnage with long queues and it could take 20 mins to get to the room or down to reception. Beautiful Location, we had an Amazing Romantic stay. Beautiful dinner, Enjoyed the Club Lounge Bar and hors d'oeuvres, rooftop pool and hot tub, Great service, excellent concierge.
I recently stayed here for NeurIPS, and while the hotel itself is beautiful and the location is great, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically an employee named Rayan.
At around 12:20 AM on December 13, I approached the front desk to ask if there were any HDMI cables available. Rayan curtly said “no” and didn’t offer to check or provide any further assistance. When I asked if there was another way to connect my laptop to the TV,...read full review
